Chief Technology Officer, Principal (Army)

LMI is seeking an experienced Principal, Chief Technology Officer with focus on our Army portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and translation of our clients digital needs for each of our core business areas
- Stay educated on emerging technologies
- Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress
- Create and oversee implementation of technology solutions & strategies
- Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals
- Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives
- Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services
Qualifications
- The ability to drive teams in complex solution development
- Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifacts.
- Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division/Groups in current LMI structure)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Organization and time-management skills
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to manage large budgets effectively
- Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company
- Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT
- Knowledge of best information security practices
- Excellent leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
- Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI.
- Demonstrated leadership capability. Team player.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market.
- Advanced degree preferred.
