In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for managing Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and compassionate outreach to injured employees. What’s On Your Plate

  • Provide administrative support for Workers’ Compensation (WC) and General Liability (GL) claims
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing claims-related correspondence
  • Prepare WC wage statements, labor reports, and FMLA documentation
  • Conduct Care & Concern outreach calls and distribute Employee Incident Kits
  • Coordinate intake and processing of physical evidence related to claims
  • Serve as a resource for operators, injured employees, guests, third-party administrators, and internal teams
  • Accurately document incident activity in the claims management system
  • Support the WC Program Lead as needed
  • Apply critical thinking to solve problems and improve claims operations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Your Recipe for Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in claims, risk management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with food service or restaurant operations is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
