  • Track all client interactions and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, RB9, Commence)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to execute strategic account plans
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all company policies regarding confidential data
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, issues, and service improvements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients at all organizational levels
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in B2B, consultative, and telephone-based selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
  • High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and industry events
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and representing company core values

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success roles
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
  • Experience in legal services (court reporting, legal videography, records retrieval) strongly preferred
