Job Summary
Working under the direction and guidance of the Division Chiefs and Department Administrator(s), the Clinical Administrator II has authority over the business affairs, funds, and resources of assigned Divisions.
This role provides oversight and directs the administrative functions of the Divisions including fiscal management, process improvement, contracts, grants administration, personnel management, faculty affairs, facilities management, and other duties as required to ensure appropriate, effective, and efficient utilization of resources to meet Department and Division goals and objectives. Provides leadership, support, and administrative infrastructure for the Divisions and its programs; and develops and implements strategic planning to further its mission in research, teaching, and patient care.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheet programs and accounting concepts. Strong organizational skills and initiative. University systems – SAP, Digital Measures Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, Access Supervision skills/human resources management and training concepts
