Salary Range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Clinical Data Manager,

The Clinical Data Manager oversees and ensures the accuracy and security of clinical trial data, playing a critical role in the credibility and success of research studies. The Data Manager works closely with study teams to confirm that all collected data aligns with protocol requirements and regulatory guidelines. This role will primarily focus on collaborating with study personnel to implement data management strategies that support both data collection and clinical operations in accordance with the trial protocol. The Data Manager develops and maintains essential documentation related to data management processes, including but not limited to Clinical Data Management Plans (CDMPs), Data Handling Guidelines (DHGs), and Data Validation Plans (DVPs). Additionally, the Data Manager acts as a key contributor in designing and configuring clinical study databases within the electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical research, data sciences, health sciences, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical data management or related role.
    • Proficiency in EDC.
    • Working knowledge of U.S., European, and/or global regulations and standards covering clinical research
  • Preferred Requirements
    • Previous experience using clinical research systems other than EDC. Examples include but are not limited to Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), and Randomization Trial Supply Management (RTSM).
    • Previous experience with complex, global trials.
    • Knowledge of clinical studies for device trials.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday - Friday, flexible office hours between 7 am - 5 pm, 40-hour work week, exempt position, working from our Phoenix, AZ, Friendswood, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA office location.
