Job Summary

The Gatton College of Business and Economics seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented College Staff Officer to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Dean. This pivotal role acts as the primary point of contact and representative for the Dean’s Office, providing senior-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Dean. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the Dean’s Office.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; possess the discretion to handle confidential information; and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The Gatton College of Business & Economics is nearing its 100th anniversary.
