Job Description:

The Compliance Associate, Testing and Reporting Services (TRS) helps support annual compliance activities for Workplace Investing (WI) defined contribution plans. TRS supports the Strategic, Select, Large and Core markets and partners closely with Client Relationship Management and Client Service Managers and Administrators to help plan administrators remain in compliance with annual ERISA and DOL rules and regulations.

  • Passion for client service and customer satisfaction
  • Strong Excel, math and accounting skills

The Value You Deliver

  • Preparation of standard annual compliance work items across multiple TRS products
  • Respond to basic technical and data related questions from clients and business partners
  • Research and reconcile processing errors/issues related to production work

The Testing & Reporting Compliance Associate works as part of a team to deliver best in class support and expertise to the WI Client Service Teams and most importantly our clients to help them meet the regulatory requirements of having a qualified retirement plan. In Testing & Reporting Services, we strive to continuously evolve our processes, systems, and training, to increase quality, drive efficiency, and provide a better experience for our Clients and Associates.
