H&K Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Representative position to support heavy civil and highway construction projects throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. The Construction Safety Representative position follows a tiered career progression consisting of Safety Technician, Safety Specialist, and Senior Health & Safety Specialist. The level at which a candidate is hired will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and competencies demonstrated during the interview process. This structure provides opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization's safety team.
The Construction Safety Representative position performs safety supervisory and consulting responsibilities in accordance with the H&K policies and applicable local, state and federal laws. This position will oversee and supervise job sites primarily throughout Eastern, PA, or as assigned based on the needs of the business.
