The Team
The Strategy & Solution Services Team within Health Care Operations is responsible for the development and delivery of multifaceted Operational Readiness solutions that engage, support, educate, and inspire Health Care Operations associates and leaders. The Team is responsible for providing the tools and infrastructure for associates and leaders to thrive in an ever-evolving business with a keen focus on the introduction of new clients and new products & capabilities to the associate operating environment. We are looking for a driven and intrinsically motivated individual who has experience making meaningful changes to and improving broad reaching, visible programs and who can build successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support the advancement of a strategic, robust program
The Expertise You Have
- B.A. or B.S. degree and 8+ years of business experience
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions and strategies.
- Strong personal track record of building relationships
- Extensive experience helping to drive projects/initiatives and working across Fidelity
- Coaching and people mentoring experience
- Skills to clarify and handle multiple concurrent and diverse activities
- Demonstrates a big picture understanding of the business, its interrelationships, and priorities.
- Result-Orientation: Strong work ethic; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-faced environment.
- Consistently demonstrate a bias for action and results.
- Sound Judgment: Ability to process complexity and detail in a fast-paced / dynamic environment and independently arrive at appropriate decisions that balance our responsibilities to Fidelity, our clients and our associates.
- Expertise and experience with PowerBI, Jira, SQL, SharePoint, PowerApps suite of technology
- Foundational proficiency and familiarity with: Database management, Enterprise data standards

The Skills You Bring
- Playing a key role one or more programs in support of HCO organizational objectives and associated key metrics
- Identifying & surfacing issues, risk areas or bottlenecks requiring discussion and resolution across the leadership team both within and outside Health Care Operations
- Solving problems within and across programs in support of organizational scorecard outcomes
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and drive resolution of production issues.
