The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of work experience including 4+ years of financial services experience
Knowledge of Fidelity Wealth Management offering, Wealth Solutions, and experience with Managed Accounts is preferred
Standout colleague with excellent communication, and project management abilities.
Experience identifying, and owning working with data to analyze, find opportunities, drive fact-based decision making, and measure results
Proficiency in an Agile way of working with experience collaborating and translating business requirements into action for designers and developers, including business acceptance testing, validation exercises, and release management.
Builds credibility and trust with diverse partners across varied business groups and understands how to influence without authority
Intellectually curiosity, with a continuous improvement approach, and models a culture of learning and coaching
Ability to balance business, operational, and technology needs with regulatory and audit requirements, collaborating and gaining agreement with Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) as well as Audit (internal and external).
MBA, CFP or other related licenses or designations a plus

The Team
The Wealth SMA ( Separately Managed Accounts) & Entity Profiling squad is a key part of the Wealth Implementation and Experience Product Area, within the Wealth Solutions Domain. This squad supports a suite of Wealth applications that our planning and service / operations associates use to deliver best in class planning experiences for our Fidelity Wealth clients. The team is a multi-functional group of individuals with product management, product delivery, content development, and platform expertise. A high level of collaboration with key partners across the Wealth Solutions domain, Investment Advisor Group, Investor Services, Strategic Advisers, Financial Solutions, Marketing, and Legal, Risk and Compliance is vital.
