Fidelity Digital Assets Controls Manager
The Role
The Business Execution and Controls team within Fidelity Digital Assets is looking for a Controls Manager to maintain and manage changes to our technology and operational processes and controls. The Digital Assets Controls Manager will perform analysis in support of new or changing products and services to assess the impact to the control environment and processes that support core business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of four years’ experience in project program management or business analysis
Analytical mentality with intellectual curiosity and the ability to assess interdependencies across teams.
Outstanding written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and influencing others to drive delivery
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Expertise or interest in Digital Assets
Passion for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
High level of integrity, appropriate sense of urgency, and self-motivation
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms

The Team
A key part of the overall execution of the digital assets' business at Fidelity, the Business Execution and Controls team supports a range of functions and initiatives collaborating deeply with Fidelity Digital Assets’ sales, service, operations, technology, risk, product and legal teams. Fidelity Digital Assets is an exciting and fast-growing business unit that is passionate about bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects.

Business AnalysisMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
