The Talent Department Coordinator provides proactive administrative, operational, and technical support to the Chief Talent Officer and across all areas of the firm's Talent function. This highly visible role supports Learning & Development, Legal Recruiting, Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.

The Coordinator partners closely with Talent leadership, attorneys, professional staff, and external vendors to keep projects organized, meetings seamless, communications clear, and departmental priorities aligned with the firm's strategic goals. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be located in Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas or Phoenix.

Your Role:

As a Coordinator within our Talent Department, you will:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate department meetings, trainings, interviews, and special events.
  • Manage calendars for the Chief Talent Officer and department leadership and maintain team calendars.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics across multiple platforms (virtual and in-person).
  • Arrange travel and process-related expense reports for Talent Department staff.
  • Oversee invoice submission, track expenses against departmental budgets, monitor approvals, and reconcile accounts.
  • Support management of department technology platforms, including Microsoft Teams channels, document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments), intranet pages (BIN), and internal collaboration sites
  • Maintain organized electronic records to promote efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and materials distribution.
  • Provide administrative support for Legal Recruiting, Learning and Development and Inclusion and Wellbeing programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding budgetary, personnel, and other sensitive Talent matters.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Prior experience supporting human resources, talent development, or legal recruiting within a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with learning management systems, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), or applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Ability to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels of the firm.

The targeted salary range for this position is from $65,000 - $75,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
