This position serves as the go-to-person for Storage Customers in scheduling appointments, resolving storage issues and is the communication hub between the customer and the company. This position also assists the DC in creating and maintaining positive business relationships with internal departments and external customers.

What you'll do as a Storage Coordinator:
  • Setup and control Warehouse locations for all Storage items.
  • Work with Leadership to create, coordinate and continually improve processes for new and existing Storage customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule both inbound and outbound Storage appointments.
  • Conduct or coordinate monthly physical and/or system inventory on all Storage items.
  • Create sales orders, coordinate replenishment, loading and pickup of all Storage orders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Outbound Storage Calendar.
  • Invoicing and Billing for all Storage Customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively between multiple internal and external groups.
  • Complete daily duties and special projects to support operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with new vendor set-up in offering customer "stress free" process in completing their initial storage order.
  • Maintain positive communication and customer service relations.
  • Partner with other DC functions to maintain operating targets.
  • Optimize receiving, storage, picking, and loading operations of Storage items.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Storage Coordinator:
  • Have High School Diploma or GED.
  • Understand business logistics and supply chain management, including transportation, distribution, inventory and customer service.
  • Have 3 - 5 years in logistics or operations environment.
  • Have creativity, problem solving and strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines with little margin for error.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attendance and punctuality and flexibility in scheduling.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
