This role is an onsite position based at our Irving, Texas location.
Compensation: The anticipated pay range is $25.24-$42.07 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis & Approval:
Review and analyze auto loan applications, credit reports, income verification, and collateral details.
Make credit decisions within assigned authority limits and escalate complex cases as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company lending regulations (e.g., Fair Lending, ECOA).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory changes.
Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in auto finance credit management or underwriting, with at least
Strong knowledge of credit, lending regulations, and risk assessment.
Proven ability to originate performing auto loans
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in loan origination systems and credit analysis tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
