Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented crew member to provide the necessary support to the Foreman and Operator to meet the requirements of all assigned projects efficiently while ensuring a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate is reliable, highly motivated, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Foreman in daily operations.
- Install conduit and junction boxes utilizing a mini excavator.
- Work with a crew to install traffic signals and roadway lighting foundations and poles.
- Install Traffic Signals and Roadway Lighting controller cabinets, including wiring.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure all company policies are consistently followed.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
