In this position, you will join Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit as a member of the Privileged Access Management team. We are a dynamic, high visibility team that provides a variety of access management services to all of Fidelity’s business units.

The Role

Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity team is seeking a talented systems analyst with a strong technology background to assess cybersecurity policies and business needs, and collaborate with engineers to prioritize, plan, and validate new features to decrease cyber risk.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 8+ years as a systems or business analyst working with software or systems engineering teams on complex technology projects.

  • Expert knowledge of taking complex requirements and breaking them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria. Ability to collaborate with business and engineering teams to evaluate requirements and drive delivery of high-quality solutions for business problems and cybersecurity objectives.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with business, technical, and executive audiences. Ability to produce and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation and communication sets.

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills – proactive contributor with a collaborative work style; ability to assist in managing and leading the team

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with business partners and collaborators, skilled at negotiating and influencing, adept at evaluating priorities and having challenging trade off conversations

  • Ability to understand broad technology concepts and architecture of software applications. Ability to quickly comprehend and articulate end-to-end system and process workflows.

  • Strong experience and familiarity with the Agile development model, scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog management. Experience with Jira and associated tooling is required.

  • Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams. Organized, hard-working multitasker willing to take initiative and adapt quickly to change.

  • Product management experience a plus, ability to formulate forward strategy and develop compelling plans and roadmaps

The Team

The Privileged Access Management team is comprised of engineers located in the US, Ireland, and India. We use an Agile model to set up and manage various vendor applications for access management. We are a DevOps team that engages in systems engineering, software engineering, and production services support.
