Data Analyst
The Workplace Investing Data Conversion and Implementation team is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Health and Welfare organization!

The Purpose of Your Role
The Analyst will primarily be focused on migrating internal client data from the current H&W platform to the new H&W platform. The candidate must be proficient in data analysis and must have H&W benefits knowledge.

The Team
The Health and Welfare organization provides companies with the expertise and convenience of a single provider to administer their H&W plans, ranging from Medical plans to life insurance plans.
For administering these H&W plans, our team plays a key role in converting data from the prior record keeper to Fidelity's systems. As part of these implementations, we work with Clients, Prior record keepers and internal business/operations partners. Furthermore, we also convert the data in the current H&W platform to the new H&W platform. These are referred to as migration projects.

The Expertise You Have
  • Proven ability in a data analysis role (6-9 years experience)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid grasp of the organizational structure supporting implementation and ongoing projects
  • H&W Benefits knowledge required
The Skills You Bring
  • Excellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are required
  • Solid experience with query languages such as SQL
  • Should have proven general experience programming languages and relational databases
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Work optimally as a team member
  • Demonstrate solid leadership skills; are highly organized, self-motivated with strong time management skills and an ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
  • Broad application/technology experience is a plus
The Value You Deliver
  • Analyzing the client source data to identify issues, potential causes, and suggested remediation
  • Navigating the organization, bringing together interested parties, negotiating differences, and drawing effective conclusions
  • Asking appropriate questions to extract information, follow up and bring closure to issues
  • Learning and applying WI’s Systems and Processes as they pertain to the job (such as analysis process and data loading process)
Dynamic Working
Your primary place of work is listed above. In order to execute particular work assignments or otherwise generally to fulfill the scope of your responsibilities, you are only permitted to work from within the United States. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M–F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Some roles may have unique onsite requirements. Please consult with your recruiter for the specific expectations for this position.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00- $75.00 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
