You play a key role in advancing the HR data governance program by coordinating critical forums, documenting decisions, and driving actions through to completion. You help shape and deliver the HR data governance roadmap, translating complex governance challenges into clear, actionable recommendations that resonate with business partners and technology leadership alike. You provide technical leadership and hands-on support to team members, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, chapter leads, squad leads, technology leads, and architects to move Fidelity’s Data Strategy forward. You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes or apply technology to deliver innovative solutions to business challenges. You take full ownership and accountability for your work and demonstrate resilience and adaptability in navigating a dynamic, fast paced, and evolving workload.

The Team
The HR Data Governance program is a new initiative to bring Fidelity’s HR data practices in line with leading governance standards. This team sits within the Workforce Strategy and Analytics organization, and is comprised of HR professionals, Data Scientists, Data Architects/Engineers and Data Analysts, and works closely with groups across the Enterprise, including our partners in technology and business groups. The team also frequently interacts with various Business Units who have similar Data Governance programs. Our mission is to turn data into actionable insights that underpin critical decision making. We are focused on deliberate experimentation, eager to deliver value and motivated to achieve outstanding outcomes!

Business Analytics and InsightsMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
