Physical Requirements

Lift, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Standing or walking objects up to 25lbs. Sitting at a computer work station for long periods of time. Repetitive motion. Job related travel.



Shift

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with occasional evenings and weekends



Job Summary

The Department Administrator-RPLP reports to the Associate Dean of the Morehead campus and works closely with Office of Medical Education, College of Medicine and central UK. This position is responsible for administrative, budgetary, and facility related responsibilities and some aspects of student affairs for the Morehead Campus.

The qualified candidate must enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, be able to coordinate multiple tasks, demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse population.

Bachelor’s degree and five years experience in fiscal management, accounting, human resources or related area preferred.
