Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description

Join SUSE's dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Associate and become a key player in driving our data-driven transformation. This role is essential for enhancing our team’s analytical capabilities, optimizing digital marketing performance, and providing actionable insights that deliver measurable business value. What You'll Do: As a core member of the team, you will focus on turning data into strategy:

• Performance Optimization & Analytics: Support media tests and collaborate on the upgrade of dashboards to optimize marketing performance. Conduct multi-touch attribution analysis to inform campaign planning and budget allocation.
• Customer & Market Insight: Aid in customer segmentation efforts for more personalized marketing approaches. Contribute to competitor analysis to identify market differentiation strategies and emerging opportunities.
• Modeling & Forecasting: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to help forecast and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Campaign Execution Support: Provide hands-on support for digital marketing execution, including building landing pages and creating email invitations for virtual events. Collaborate with field marketing on developing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email campaigns and target list generation.
• Content Collaboration: Support the social media team by collaborating on the writing and design of engaging social media copy.

• Improved ROI and Campaign Performance: Deliver in-depth analysis of marketing metrics to demonstrate clear returns on investment, increase conversion rates, and effectively justify marketing expenditures.
• Actionable Data Insights: Uncover customer behavior patterns and market trends using analytics tools to inform and drive more targeted and effective marketing strategies.
• Enhanced Operational Efficiency: Streamline data processes to reduce manual work across the marketing function, allowing the team to focus on strategic activities.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Has a degree and/or relevant work experience in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Digital Marketing Foundation: Understanding of core marketing metrics, digital marketing channels, and campaign structures.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation disclaimer
This and entry-level role with a starting base salary is $51,000.00 annually. In addition to this base salary, we offer a corporate bonus plan, paid quarterly and an attractive benefits package.

US benefits include a comprehensive medical plan, life and disability insurance, 401k, Employee Assistance Programme, unlimited PTO and 20 weeks paid maternity leave.

Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, geographical location, internal equity, and budget. Please note that this salary information is applicable to the US only.
