
Director, Acquisition Lead Generation Marketer

The Role
We are seeking an experienced lead generation marketer to drive strategic, data-informed campaigns aimed at engaging prospects across the top and mid acquisition funnel. This role focuses on both the public market and late-stage/pre-IPO private market segments. The ideal candidate will leverage insights to shape our paid media strategy, craft compelling content and positioning, and execute flawlessly across multi-channel digital go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute top- and mid-funnel marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and build pipeline growth.
Lead paid media initiatives across channels such as search, display, social, and programmatic, optimizing for reach and conversion.
Identify and activate other strategic levers (e.g., content syndication, partnerships, events, email nurture) to support lead generation goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, sales, and product marketing to align messaging and targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate and evolve our approach.
