Summary:
The Director will lead the design and implementation of measurement frameworks and advanced analytics solutions that drive omnichannel marketing effectiveness for targeted brands or markets. This role is accountable for developing analytics strategies that integrate data across healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and stakeholders worldwide, delivering a unified, actionable perspective on customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-level measurement frameworks for omnichannel marketing initiatives across HCP, patient, and stakeholder audiences globally, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate objectives.
- Identify and articulate a global measurement roadmap, including AI and Gen AI investments, resource planning, and budget allocation to develop and scale capabilities across markets, aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Provide thought leadership, education, and partnership to the business on the transformative potential of AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies to drive commercial strategies and decision-making.
- Guide the development of data science-powered products and solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional business and technical teams, aligning to key priorities. Deliver responsible and impactful generative AI use cases using proprietary platforms to facilitate rapid innovation and capability development.
- Collaborate with commercial, insights, and technology teams to integrate diverse data sources and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and apply advanced analytics methods such as attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and predictive analytics to evaluate marketing impact.
- Translate complex data into practical recommendations that guide marketing channel strategies and optimize customer engagement.
- Partner with Senior Leaders within Commercialization to drive adoption of omnichannel measurement capabilities, embedding the use of engagement data, AI, and Gen AI into global planning and decision-making processes.
- Manage the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track omnichannel performance for key stakeholders.
- Partner with global and regional teams to support scalable analytics solutions and share best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Communicate insights effectively to influence brand and commercial decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, commercial insights, or related roles within
- pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with omnichannel measurement and advanced analytics techniques.
- Proven expertise in applying AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies within marketing analytics.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex analytics for business audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of commercial data platforms and reporting tools.

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $189,430 - $229,546 
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
