
Director -Associate Relationship Manager, Core Wealth

The Role
Fidelity Institutional (FI)’s Intermediary Investment Client Group (IICG) is seeking a Director, Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) to join the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) to partner with Relationship Managers to provide coverage to home office personnel at leading financial institutions within its Core Wealth channel to strengthen client relationships, expand investment product placement and distribution opportunities.
The Associate Relationship Manger role is a critical position, focused on fostering high levels of client satisfaction by effectively representing Fidelity Asset Management solutions to strategic and opportunistic clients that both forward Fidelity’s presence within the client’s system but also aligns with the needs and strategic plan of the client’s advisor led service model in the private wealth space. This person will need to collaborate with other Fidelity Teams (including but not limited to Asset Management, Sales, Legal, Operations, and our in-house custody & clearing units) to implement client-centric solution that broaden and deepen our Fidelity presence while enhance the customer experience.'
Core responsibilities of an Associate Relationship Manager include:
Present & appropriately position Fidelity asset manager solutions to research and product personnel at selected BDs, Banks and RIAs.
Develop actionable account plans that broaden product offering and defend existing assets
Work effectively across National Account Team (Including KAMs & Investment RMs) to develop and implement thorough firm coverage strategies that leverage best practices but can be customized at scale effectively
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align and communicate account plans that furthers the advisor enablement efforts set forth by the FI Sales Organization
Work with FI Distribution leadership to design an effective budget to support portfolio of client assigned to the ARM
Implement Fidelity’s investment products onto client investment platforms seamlessly
Work with Key Account Managers to coordinate and deliver firm due diligence questionnaires, RFIs, and custom reporting requirements
Facilitate client interactions with Fidelity Asset Management & Investment Specialists
Arrange FI’s participation in firm conferences and help coordinate FI hosted due diligence events
Act as lead relationship contact for all day-to-day support needs of key home office clients, providing impeccable service
Maintain and manage internal resources to improve firm knowledge and engagement, including Salesforce, Firm Resource Center, FI Weekly Bulletin, playbooks, and account plans
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree
Series 7 and 63
Applicable Investment Certifications such as CFA, CIMA, Etc.
Passion for the financial or investment management industry
5 years of experience working in the Financial or Investment Management industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong investment acumen
Team Attitude that is both positive and demonstrates a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with a dedication to continuous self-improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Highly resourceful, organized, and capable of working independently while prioritizing both Fidelity & Client priorities
