Job Description:
The Role
Are you energized by the opportunity to turn data into actionable insights? Do you thrive in roles that blend critical thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional execution? If so, the BPM team is seeking a Business Analysis Leader to contribute to the evolution of our data products.
In this role, you’ll lead and project manage the delivery of data products that support enterprise analytics, while also directing business analysis efforts across a portfolio of initiatives. You’ll work across domains such as Assets & Flows, Customer & Client, and Interaction data, helping to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
You’ll partner closely with technology teams, and business customers to:
- Lead cross-functional efforts from concept through delivery, managing timelines, risks, and communications
- Translate strategic priorities and business use cases into well-defined business requirements and actionable test plans
- Direct business analysis activities including data validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment
- Support the development of scalable data products that drive decision-making
- Help advance BPM Data Strategy
Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, a passion for data, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic vision and detailed execution. You’ll be a key voice in how we use data to measure performance, uncover opportunities, and support leaders across the organization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience in Finance or Business/Data Analysis
- Deep understanding of data architecture and business/data analysis practices, capable of mentoring and training others
- Critical thinker and problem-solver with the ability to design, implement, and optimize routines and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong executive communication skills with expertise conveying complex information and data simply and meaningfully
- Thrives in a fast-paced organization, prioritizes well, and takes accountability for their work and the work of the team
- Experience leading projects, ideally related to data
- Solid understanding and use of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
- Experience working with SQL, including querying and manipulating data in Snowflake and relational databases
- Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate well across all levels of the organization
- Flexibility, and resourcefulness to lead several priorities in a deadline driven environment while having comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
- Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approach
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance, Technology and the business

The Team
The Director of Business Analysis is a member of the Business Performance Measurement (BPM) team, whose mission is to deliver actionable insights and analysis across the enterprise. BPM builds and supports a high quality data environment, in close collaboration with Technology, to support this vision and empower a data-driven culture. We use this environment to drive innovation, strategic growth and advise in corporate decision making. We continually improve our data ecosystem to enable fast and effective analytics. We are also building out data science capabilities and will look for someone to help advance these efforts by balancing business and technical skills.
