
Director, Campus Relationship & Engagement Lead - REMOTE - East Coast

The Role
The Campus Relationship & Engagement Lead is the primary contact for clients across a number of universities who are working with Fidelity to provide financial education, resources and digital tools to their students (Fidelity Financial Forward for Universities). The Director responsible establishing relationships with these clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and sharing their feedback with internal partners. Working together, this role will develop strategies & deliver effective multi-channel programs that lead to utilization of the offering and meet the goals of both the client and Fidelity. This position will requires 35% national travel and someone who is comfortable working independently from a home-based office. #REMOTE
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelors Degree with 12 years Financial Services experience and at least 3 years of client facing experience working directly with universities.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses highly preferred upfront or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Works directly with Tax-Exempt Plan Sponsors and Participants is a plus.
- Partners with higher education athletics and administration to tailor engagement strategies
- Develops marketing strategy and leading end-to-end multi-channel program execution.
- Engages in productive collaboration with teammates on ideation, development, and execution of new strategies; contributing to bodies of work that evolve based on findings and different client environments.
- Engages key decision makers and senior level leaders on campus frequently to develop a deeper understanding of client needs and opportunities.
- Monitors trends impacting client satisfaction within own book of business. Summarizes and communicates to others as needed; develops a response plan to maintain or improve client satisfaction as well as drive student engagement.
- Maintains proactive awareness of changes in the client's business, their competition, industry, and marketplace, through proactive solicitation and/or research, in order to influence and impact client satisfaction and student engagement within a book of business.
- Takes responsibility for external business planning and service reviews to be sure we understand client's goals and objectives. Appropriately position products and services that will help drive student engagement in the offering.
- Demonstrates strong organization, time management balancing multiple clients, attention to detail, problem - solving, presentation and written communication skills.
- Analyzes data to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinates internal & external resources to implement committed marketing & communications results.
- Shares program performance reporting with clients and use as an input to identify ways to continually improve student engagement in the program and business outcomes.

The Team
TEM ( Tax -Exempt Market) provides retirement plan services to benefits leaders and their employees at not-for-profit organizations (i.e., healthcare systems, colleges & universities). Our dedicated business unit includes client-facing associates (i.e., relationship managers, communications consultants, financial planners), an analytics team and product developer.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$204,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
