Reporting to the Cash and Money Movement (CMM) Commercialization Team Leader, this position will focus on the commercialization responsibilities supporting Cash and Money Movement Product area that includes digital retail banking, FDIC Sweep deposits, bill payments, digital money movement including ACH, RTP and Zelle for our retail customers, products and capabilities in the Cash Solutions team.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial services, with focus in digital banking, retail money movement, treasury management, retail FDIC deposit and cash management
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven Success in:
  • Implementing and growing retail deposits, money movement products including ACH, RTP and Zelle and experience with payments and banking regulatory requirements a plus.
  • Managing vendors and related contracts and leading multiple complex processes and initiatives, while maintaining updated and accurate documentation that aligns to legal, compliance, audit and other regulatory standard
  • Working in a highly matrixed organization; internal and external
  • Building relationships and working with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution skills to run impactful programs aligned to strategic plans & objectives
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills to achieve consensus with multiple audiences and integrate different perspectives.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a growth mindset
  • MBA preferred, but not required

Responsibilities of the job will include the following:

  • Directly manage multiple bank partners, collaborating with bank leadership, internal treasury and Fidelity relationship management teams.
  • Support the negotiation, drafting, review and approval of complex legal contracting processes.
  • Support the technology, operations, treasury and vendor teams for all FDIC Sweep program bank required control points, including interest rate management, invoicing and billing.
  • Build and maintain expertise in FDIC and other bank regulatory requirements pertinent to our sweep program.
  • Use client-centered techniques like hypothesis driven design and journey mapping to find opportunities for innovation and growth in the FDIC sweep program.
  • Provide high level direction to internal partners across the FDIC and core account products and identify key insights that support leadership decisions in forecasting balances, business planning.
  • Participate in go to market efforts
