The Role
As a Director for Clearing Client Management, you are responsible for a team of Client Managers (CMs) that lead the operations and service experience. You and your team's day to day role is primarily focused on identifying proactive efficiency opportunities, project management, high level initiatives and critical issues, and demonstrating strategic partnerships across the NF platform. The Manager is responsible for leading and developing the CM team, assisting with pivotal initiatives to progress the service model and maintain client satisfaction, and developing deep relationships with our correspondent clients. In partnership with the Relationship Management team, you and your team represent a best-in-class service team and the face of Fidelity dedicated to your correspondent client and their business.
The Expertise You Have
10+ years of Financial Services experience; Brokerage Operations preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Series 7 license required
Series 24 license needed within first 6 months
People management experience desired
Client facing experience required
Project management experience required
Business analysis and consulting experience a plus

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$154,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
