How will you make an impact in this role?

This individual will lead and activate holistic go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new programs and products across all channels and the Middle Market segment. They will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and delivering compelling messaging and creative direction for top GCS priorities, with the goal of driving revenue, deepening customer engagement, and accelerating GCSM growth ambitions.

This is a high-visibility, fast-paced, and dynamic role that requires a unique combination of strategic thought leadership, marketing expertise, and results-oriented execution. Success in this position hinges on strong partner management and influencing skills — including the ability to clearly communicate vision and progress to senior leaders while fostering collaboration across a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, GCS Product, GABM, and CA&C).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end GTM initiatives — from strategy development through launch execution — for high-priority, high-visibility GCSM growth initiatives
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product and program launches and refreshes across GCS segments and channels, partnering closely with stakeholders across Marketing, GCS Product, GABM, CA&C, GCO, and LOBCO
  • Leverage data and competitive intelligence to uncover actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and creative development
  • Mobilize and align cross-functional teams to drive complex projects from ideation to measurable business impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Apply deep marketing expertise to connect efforts across teams, break down silos, and drive innovation through cohesive, customer-centric messaging
  • Inspire and influence teams and senior leaders through clear, compelling, and visually engaging communication

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to drive clarity, structure, and measurable results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; known for resilience, adaptability, and accountability.
  • Analytical problem solver skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear insights, strategies, and actionable recommendations, with strong contingency planning and issue resolution capabilities.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller — visual, written, and verbal — adept at tailoring messages for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong relationship builder with a track record of collaboration, influence, and negotiation across functions and levels.
  • Customer-first strategist with deep understanding of business drivers, competitive dynamics, and market trends; able to translate insights into impactful business actions.
  • Marketing strategy and execution expert with a proven record of leading and delivering large-scale, high-impact initiatives.
  • Recognized for a hands-on, proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and a strong drive for excellence and results.
  • Inspiring, committed people leader who motivates and guides teams through complexity, transformation, and change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years business experience preferred

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
