The Colleague Experience Group (CEG, formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Our mission is to obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The Colleague Product Management (CPM) team within CS leads the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that power the colleague experience across the enterprise.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This role is designed to ensure our strategic CEG platforms — including Oracle HCM Fusion and other third-party solutions — run reliably, scale securely, and deliver value at pace. You will work with SREs, Technology Operations, and Engineering leaders bringing a product mindset to how our enterprise platforms run in a transparent, predictable, and effective manner.

  • Benchmark and uplift platform operations and assurance practices against industry-leading standards, with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and risk control.
  • Lead release and platform change management as a product discipline, ensuring seamless rollout of new features to a global workforce while balancing innovation, compliance, and risk.
  • Collaborate with third-party platforms and Technology partners to ensure Cloud Infrastructure roadmaps reflect product priorities and colleague experience requirements, providing strategic input on scale, resiliency, and security while Technology leads execution.
  • Champion platform reliability by driving incident reduction initiatives, leveraging data and cross-team collaboration to improve stability and colleague experience.
  • Collaborate closely with SREs, Technology Operations leaders, and Engineering platform owners to co-create scalable, sustainable practices.
  • Work across peers in Digital Product Ops who focus on team enablement and operating models, ensuring alignment between platform assurance and product team practices.
  • Embed product management principles into platform operations, ensuring that platform reliability and assurance are connected directly to business and colleague outcomes.
  • Manage budgeting, resource planning, and adoption metrics to measure and communicate impact on enterprise objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product/platform operations, platform assurance, or SaaS product management within a complex, matrixed, and regulated organization.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion or comparable global SaaS platforms at global scale.
  • Familiarity with GSIB-level risk and control frameworks or equivalent regulated-industry requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead release/change management and incident reduction initiatives at scale.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with SRE and Technology platform teams, embedding product thinking into platform operations.
  • Experience leveraging analytics and data-driven insights to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on reliability, accuracy, and measurable outcomes.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to balance innovation and compliance in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence at all levels, especially when translating technical complexity into business outcome
  • Leads with positivity, resilience, and adaptability, fostering a team culture grounded in care, empathy, and support

Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
