Director of EnrollmentUIW MissionPosition SummaryThe Director of Enrollment for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences (SRS) is responsible for providing leadership for all marketing, recruitment and admissions operations within the SRS at the masters level, doctoral level and residency programs. The Director of Enrollment for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences reports to the Assistant Dean for Academic Success-SRS.Note that this position requires regular travel (25-30%) primarily within the state of Texas with some travel within the US.Essential FunctionsJob DutiesKnowledge Skills and Abilities• Strong knowledge of enrollment management/ marketing strategies;• Strong organization and customer service skills;• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to execute presentations;• Ability to communicate clearly face-to-face and on the phone;• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint or related, Outlook, Teams, as well as ability to effectively learn specialized systems;• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet or exceed deadlines;• Strong leadership skills;• Ability to take initiative and work effectively individually and in a team setting with minimal direction;• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures;• Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.Required EducationMaster's Degree; note that a Bachelor's Degree with an additional two (2) years relevant experience will be considered in lieu of Master's Degree.Required Work Experience• Eight (8) years of progressive experience in recruitment, admissions, or other relevant student support work experience to include success in meeting student recruitment goals.• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a professional office setting.• Two (2) years of experience in the development and implementation of a marketing and recruitment plan.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Recruit, Banner and Centralized Application Services.• Experience with masters or doctoral level admissions.Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations• Must have a valid driver's license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW.• Driver's License must have real ID designation, as required for air travel.Work HoursMonday through Friday 8am to 5pm with extended hours as needed, especially in the planning and execution of events, to meet departmental goals.Physical Demands• Ability to lift up to 25lbs for table set-up/tear-down at events.• Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat to retrieve marketing materials.• Ability to push/pull event carts holding up to 50 lbs.• Ability to actively engage in events for extended periods of time.• Ability to regularly move about campus and event venues to actively engage faculty, staff, and potential/current students, as well as attend meetings on and off campus.• Ability to navigate airports with recruiting materials.Posting Number: AS2192POJob Type: Full TimeJob Category: Administrator (exempt)Desired Start Date: 11/17/2025Position End Date (if temporary):Reports To: Assistant Dean for Academic Success and Student AffairsSalary: $60,000 AnnualizedOpen Date: 10/15/2025Close Date:Open Until Filled: YesSpecial Instructions to ApplicantN/A.To apply, visit https://apptrkr.com/6651371UIW is committed to a policy of equal opportunity in employment, without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship status, national origin, age, marital status, disability, genetic information, gender identity or expression, veteran status, pregnancy, and religion (except in limited circumstances when religious preference is both permitted by law and deemed appropriate as a matter of University policy).jeid-9a7dd5ece8d7284bb548ad38618a7f0f
