
Director, Executive, Board, and Regulator Engagement Strategy
Job Description
We are hiring within the Project Guardian Program team responsible for leading the coordination and implementation of a multi-year transformation roadmap to uplift the enterprise risk management practices.
As Director, Executive, Board, and Regulator Engagement Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping engagement and communication strategy for Project Guardian, a top-priority enterprise transformation initiative. The incumbent will build compelling narratives, deliver executive-level insights, and operate as a key strategic advisor, connecting the dots across complex workstreams and ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time.
We are seeking a strategic thinker and results-oriented leader with a background in consulting or strategy - someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and has a passion for driving executive-level engagement. This is a high visibility opportunity with engagement across C-suite leaders including the CEO, Board members, and regulators.
Responsibilities
The Director, Executive, Board, and Regulator Engagement Strategy will:
- Lead development, management and execution of Project Guardian Executive, Board and Regulator engagement strategy.
- Develop high-impact narratives, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate program progress, risks, and strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives across workstreams, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
- Provide strategic, data-driven insights, connecting the dots across program updates and recommendations that enhance decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement leveraging best practices from consulting and industry-leading methodologies.
- Work with senior executives across workstreams to develop a holistic view of project progress, key decision points, and challenge as necessary.
- Attend regular governance meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged, maintain actions, minutes and follow-ups, as required
- Establish and maintain best-in-class governance frameworks, ensuring timely and transparent reporting across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong narrative-building skills with ability to simplify technical or complex ideas, synthesize key insights, and driver executive-level influence
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct oversight
- Confidence to interact with C-suite leaders, present recommendations, and handle challenges professionally
- Comfort with ambiguity and adjusting deliverables to meet evolving needs
- Confidence to interact with senior stakeholders with ability to present ideas clearly and handle questions or challenge professionally
- Familiarity of governance frameworks, risk reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Salary range
- $123,000 - $215,250 per year
