The Role
As a Fidelity Architecture and Engineering (FAE) Chapter Leader, you will blend deep Engineering knowledge with a strong dedication for coaching, mentoring and developing associates. You are committed to improving the value delivered to our customers. You collaborate with other leaders to drive adoption of engineering standards. You influence strategic decisions and build high quality platforms. You will directly manage a team of engineers who work with the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Platform.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Proven knowledge and experience of building and managing platforms with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Builds strong partnerships with squad leaders and platform leaders. Enables open discussion on how to improve our engineering maturity of our platforms.
Promotes Improvements across our platforms. Advocates for the right outcomes for our customers. Actively influences how we build, operate, and do things within their squad and Chapter.
Hands-on experience creating data visualizations and communicating the data to senior leaders
Actively sharing insights, knowledge, industry practices and developments across the organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong multi-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs, resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations.
