  • Proven experience leading cross functional development teams

  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and to deal well with ambiguity

  • Experience working in an Agile software development framework

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

Our goal within WI Digital Platforms is to build a user experience that delights our customers, anticipates their needs and matches services or solutions to support effective decision making. The Director sets direction across the development teams through hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for leading the development of high performance, responsive user interfaces.
