Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability leading and developing technology associates
Proven experience leading cross functional development teams
Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mentality and a desire to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company
Ability to work in an unstructured environment and to deal well with ambiguity
Experience working in an Agile software development framework
Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

Lead a Full Stack Engineering development team, (including hiring, performance assessments) and mentor the team to their full potential
You will help champion and drive development standards to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency
Work with scrum masters and product owners to plan releases and coordinate development activities
Ability to collaborate with technology and business partners across Fidelity to provide strategic input into the long-term direction and roadmaps

Our goal within WI Digital Platforms is to build a user experience that delights our customers, anticipates their needs and matches services or solutions to support effective decision making. The Director sets direction across the development teams through hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for leading the development of high performance, responsive user interfaces.
