Health & Welfare – Health Care Program Manager
The Health & Welfare Health Care Program Manager will utilize their project and program management, consulting, analysis, and domain skills to provide the best outcomes for our client, their participants, and Fidelity.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
5-8 years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
5+ years of professional experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth)
Prior H&W client implementation and\or platform migration experience
Prior program management experience
Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
The Purpose of Your Role
The Health & Welfare Health Care Program Management is a key member of the Health & Welfare (HW) Implementations and Platform Migrations team that services Fidelity clients. The role provides for the ability to work in a growing Health & Welfare offering, access to scalable technology while continually enhancing your knowledge of the Health & Welfare benefits administration landscape.

Develop project plan to facilitate migration from one administrative platform to another
Adhere to project and program management standards
Supporting all project roles
Interface and integrate with Product Roadmap liaisons to promote system and tool updates
Ability to leverage online workflow tracking tools, including Monday.com and JIRA is a plus
Design and implement project strategy including risk tracking, status tracking, milestones and deliverables
Partnering with the Director Client Consultant and all other work-stream leads to meet project deliverables
