The Director, Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) will be responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Technology Services business unit. The successful candidate will be accountable for executing on our vision of delivering a great colleague experience; growing the best talent; and developing new ways of working to unlock enterprise value. The Director, CSP will support leaders and their teams on talent, performance, and change efforts that will enable their groups to reach their strategic business goals. This person will play a leading role in a transforming organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key strategic thought-partner to business leaders, providing high impact consultation and solutions using a practical and data-driven approach.
  • Engage actively in organizational effectiveness and change efforts, serving as the expert in how change is led and sustained to enable business priorities.
  • Build and drive a talent strategy that drives business performance, nurtures a culture that supports agility, and develops leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change.
  • Set and hold a high bar for performance by defining high/low performance and holding leaders accountable to managing their talent against these standards, with a large focus on control and compliance.
  • Understand and improve the ‘moments that matter’ in the careers of our colleagues.
  • Design products, processes and tools informed by colleague data and insights. Co-create with business leaders and CEG colleagues to ensure the solutions meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with senior leadership, business partners and across CEG.
  • Strategic thinking: develop ideas that drive meaningful colleague experiences and competitive advantage.
  • Business acumen: understand our business strategy, plans, and the impact of internal and external factors.
  • Experience in Human Resources Business Partner related disciplines including but not limited to experience and understanding of consulting, coaching, talent, recruitment, performance, leadership and change management.
  • Ability to coach and influence leadership and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines, including colleague labor relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and leadership development.
  • A global mindset and experience with large, complex client groups across geographies.
  • Deep understanding of our business and talent across the enterprise.

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
