Director, Program and Change Management

As Director, Program and Change Management, you will lead and support high-impact initiatives that advance the Fidelity Wealth talent strategy and drive business outcomes. You will apply a balanced blend of program management and organizational change expertise to ensure strategic alignment, timely execution, and a positive associate experience.

You will collaborate with executive leaders and functional teams (e.g., Learning & Development, Line HR, Communications) to shape and deliver integrated solutions. Your ability to facilitate decisions across diverse audiences and perspectives will be key to driving alignment and momentum.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related fields and 8 + years of experience in program and change leadership roles
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, navigate differing viewpoints, and drive shared outcomes
  • Strong program management capabilities, including scope definition, resource planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder updates, and post-implementation evaluation
  • Experience applying organizational change strategies to support adoption and sustainment (e.g., audience analysis, feedback loops, change networks); Prosci certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to develop integrated project plans with clear timelines, success metrics, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Skilled in facilitating program reviews, resolving execution barriers, and ensuring alignment across teams
  • Collaborative partner to HR functions including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Workforce Strategy & Planning, and HR Business Partners
  • Strong executive presence and ability to deliver compelling presentations through storytelling, advising, and data-informed insights
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple, shifting priorities
  • Experience capturing and interpreting associate feedback to inform program and change strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp attention to detail and a bias for action
