Director of Integrations Purpose:
The Director of Integrations is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation and seamless integration of business systems, applications, and processes. This role leads the evaluation, deployment, and optimization of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The Director of Integrations collaborates across departments to drive system enhancements, spearhead new technology roll-outs, and ensure compliance with company standards and values.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Integration Management.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of new business applications and technology solutions.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting consistency.
- Ensure the seamless flow of data between systems through effective integration strategies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and reduce overall technology sprawl.
- Direct the selection and onboarding of new systems and technology vendors.
- Oversee the RFP and piloting process to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
- Establish vendor agreements, compliance training, and SOPs to maintain high standards.
Systems Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain structured floor plan hierarchies.
- Provide leadership within the Systems department and effectively manage a team.
- Establish and implement site-wide best practices for revenue management, amenity-based pricing, and specials
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with Thrive’s standards and values.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Provide training and development programs to the Training and Regional groups to enhance user adoption and competency in technology solutions.
- Serve as a resource for new teams navigating Thrive’s systems stack.
- Manage the end-to-end property budget process.
Property Transition Support
- Lead system integrations during acquisitions, dispositions, and property transitions, including ETL process to Yardi.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth operational continuity.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, leases, and system configurations are in place.
- Act as a key liaison to ensure seamless transitions for both internal teams and residents.
- Post-transition, manage quality assurance processes for system functionality and website integrity.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience with Yardi Voyager
- 7+ years’ experience with On-Site
- Strong understanding of multi-family housing market pricing and technology best practices.
- Experience conducting vendor evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Excellent problem-solving, reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with SQL and extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in big data modeling and use of analytical tools/software (e.g., Excel, financial analysis software).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel periodically to business development and marketing conferences and new client pitches.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
