Overview
The Director Leadership & Organizational Development leads GreenState’s enterprise strategy for leadership development, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and workforce capability. This role partners with executive leadership, Human Resources, and business leaders to strengthen leadership readiness, organizational performance, talent pipelines, and long-term workforce capabilities. The Director establishes enterprise frameworks, governance, and measures that align leadership and organizational development investments with GreenState’s mission, values, strategic priorities, and long term workforce needs.

This is an on-site role with the flexibility to be based at either our Clive, IA location or the North Liberty Financial Center.Salary range for this position is $159,822.78 - $186,851.34 with a progressive benefit package.
