The Role

The Lifetime Engagement (LTE) Product Area plays a critical role in driving customer centricity across Workplace, Brokerage & Wealth to reduce friction and enable customer experiences that accelerate lifetime engagement with Fidelity. The Director, Lifetime Engagement Planning and Reporting is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and communicating progress toward our objectives, for helping to run the Lifetime Engagement organization’s operating routines, and for synthesizing our work for business unit quarterly and annual routines. Reporting to the VP of Lifetime Engagement Planning and Reporting, you will serve as a key enterprise source of truth for critical KPIs and a dot connector within our product area, ensuring its efficient and effective operation.

The Value You Deliver

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze performance against Product Area and Shared PW KPIs and report progress to senior executives and business partners

  • Identify trends and changes in key metrics, investigate the drivers of these, and communicate to senior leaders

  • Implement governance and business routines to effectively prioritize and manage the Lifetime Engagement Product Area, such as alignment forums, all-associates meetings, business reviews, and resource management discussions

  • Facilitate MYP planning and annual scorecard/KPI alignment in partnership with LTE Leadership and Planning and Finance partners

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Planning and Reporting leaders across Workplace, Wealth, and Brokerage

  • Partner closely with CKSI stakeholders

  • Provide visibility into deliverables, events, plans, and strategic business initiatives to drive alignment (e.g. integrated calendar)

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BA/BS required

  • Minimum 7 years working in a professional environment

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to own the end-to-end reporting process and ultimately communicate insights

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and effectively communicate with senior leaders and team members

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

  • Ability to simplify complex topics

  • Curiosity along with the ability to bring new insights and thinking to the business

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment while creating alignment and generating momentum

  • Experience in successfully navigating large organizations and getting things done within them

  • Financial Services experience and/or knowledge
