The US SME Managed Customer Marketing (MCM) team is responsible for deepening relationships with Small Business and Corporate Middle Market customers through insight-led, integrated marketing. As MCM continues to scale offers for managed-specific “spend and get” offers, welcome bonus offers for new Cards acquired via field cross sell and cross sell for Business Line of Credit and One AP.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As Director, Managed Offers Marketing, you will lead strategy and execution across Small Business and Corporate Card cross sell, managed-specific “spend and get” offers and Business Line of Credit and One AP cross sell. This high-impact leadership role is accountable for driving cross sell, engagement, and spend, while ensuring strong alignment with field teams and enterprise partners.
You will oversee dialogic marketing programs, partnering closely with Product, US SME, and GCS Marketing to deliver measurable growth. You will play a key role in scaling existing offer strategy and building the roadmap for Corporate offers and future capabilities and strategy for “spend and get” offers as well as advancing how we deliver connected customer experiences across channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of managed offers across “spend and get” retention and loyalty offers and cross sell offers for both SBS and Corporate Card marketing for the Managed Customer portfolio
- Drive engagement, retention, and spend through dialogic marketing programs
- Partner with US SME teams to enable field-as-a-channel and generate and protect revenue
- Set the strategic direction for managed offers marketing, including testing and scaling new strategies and co-developing the future tech roadmap to enhance existing offer infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Finance, Risk, GMNS, and Enterprise teams to bring initiatives to market
- Identify and scale cross-sell and spend opportunities using data-driven insights and improved channel integration
- Own performance management, including forecasting, reporting, and optimization against key business metrics and build knowledge of field contribution to overall Small Business trends
- Build and lead a high-performing team within a complex, matrixed environment
- Ensure strong risk and compliance discipline across all marketing activities
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience designing and scaling digital and/or dialogic marketing strategies
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations and drive alignment
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting sales or account management organizations
- Knowledge of Small Business and Corporate products and customer segments
- Experience building new capabilities or leading transformation initiatives
- MBA or equivalent experience

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Salary range
- $123,000 - $215,250 per year
