- Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions that harness / employ modern CMS and delivery capabilities.
- Define the destination-state platform vision for content management and delivery, and drive consensus for enterprise convergence.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences through written materials, presentations, live demos (using Adobe-Sites) and training sessions.
- Own the content platform product backlog, working closely with cross-functional agile teams.
- Support weekly and quarterly product planning activities.
- Define, track, and maintain platform benchmarks to measure adoption, performance, and business impact.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- 8+ years of hands-on with digital content management platforms, with deep expertise in Adobe-Sites.
- Strong experience with AEM Cloud Service, modern AEM Architectures, and enterprise scale implementations.
- 5+ years of experience with Content Taxonomy or Ontology (highly desirable but not required).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner working in agile delivery models.
- Strong product management skills, with proven ability to translate strategy and roadmaps into executable delivery plans including writing epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.
- Experience integrating content management and delivery platforms with complementary digital marketing capabilities (e.g., AEM Sites Cloud Service, video platforms, mobile applications and APIs)
- Solid understanding of CMS architecture, integrations, and platform design, capable of leading deep technical discussions with engineering partners.
- Passion for user research and proficiency across multiple qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, enabling you to serve as a trusted partner to product leaders and business stakeholders.
