Strategic Partnership
The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy teamcollaborates closely with TEM Product Leadership and two participant-facing distribution channels:
TEMPA (TEM Planning and Advice)
WEPA (Workplace Education, Planning and Advice)
Together, these channels deliver personalized education and planning experiences to workplace participants – both virtually and on-site.
The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy team partners with TEM and Wealth leadership to drive B2B2C innovation, optimize service models, and ensure distribution channels are aligned to deliver measurable business outcomes.
THE ROLE
The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy team is seeking an ambitious, client-obsessed leader with a strong track record of developing strategy, translating analytics into actionable opportunities, and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development of integrated participant engagement strategy, aligning senior leaders across TEM, Workplace, and Wealth. Drive clarity and enterprise decision‑making through strategic frameworks, success measures, and roadmaps.
Develop and evaluate business cases for forward‑looking initiatives, incorporating competitive landscape considerations, financial modeling, and alignment with key internal business priorities.
Synthesize data, research, and insights to shape strategic recommendations, future‑state engagement strategies, and participant service models.
Own and manage multiple complex workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution, effective prioritization, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
Demonstrate curiosity and passion for the TEM business and its participants, including mission‑driven individuals across healthcare, higher education, and other nonprofit or skilled professional sectors.
Lead change effectively, building strong cross‑functional partnerships through empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
Operate independently as a self‑starter, while collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required
7–10 years of experience in strategy or consulting roles (financial services experience preferred)
Proven ability to independently manage large‑scale, complex initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate strategy into executive-level presentations
Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to translate large and diverse data sets into clear insights and compelling narratives
Demonstrated experience synthesizing extensive research into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations
Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments while managing multiple stakeholder groups
Positive attitude and opportunity‑oriented mindset
