The Role

We are seeking a Director, Product Leader, to join the Operations and Services Group (OSG) Brokerage Capabilities organization with a focus on Money Movement, TOA and Cash Platforms. In this strategic role, you will play a critical leadership role in transforming the legacy Brokerage Transfer of Assets (TOA), Cash & Payments, Tax Advantaged Accounts and Retail Pricing mainframe-based platform capabilities to support modern, scalable, cloud-based solutions which can more easily be enhanced and maintained to support the current and future needs of Fidelity’s retail (Wealth | Brokerage) and Institutional brokerage businesses. You will define product vision, drive cross-functional alignment, and guide delivery across business and technology teams. Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in product strategy, business transformation, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for data-driven, decision-making, and customer-centric solution development. design. Your leadership will be instrumental in improving efficiency and delivering impactful solutions which will be used across the Fidelity enterprise.

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Define and Communicate Vision: Establish and articulate the team’s mission and product roadmap to drive alignment across business and technology partners.

  • Modernize Legacy Experiences: Lead initiatives to transform legacy solutions, data dependencies, and user challenges into intuitive, future ready solutions.

  • Develop Product Strategy: Work closely with collaborators to establish product specifications, use cases, and process flows that align with business goals and modernization objectives.

  • Develop positive connections with business partners to ensure needs are met and feedback is incorporated into product development.

  • Enable Quality Delivery: Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, analysts, technical subject matter experts, business subject matter experts, program managers, and enablement leads to ensure clear expression and understanding of product needs, resulting in robust delivery strategies and outstanding product releases.

  • Guide Strategic Direction: Engage in high-level conversations to build the strategic direction of the business and product portfolio.

  • Assess Impact: Establish and monitor indicators, usage metrics, and success benchmarks to evaluate adoption and performance of modernized experiences.

  • Enable Quality Delivery: Partner with engineering leaders, architects, technical SMEs, business SMEs, program managers, and enablement leads to ensure product requirements are clearly articulated and understood leading to confident delivery plans and quality product releases.

  • Enable Adoption: Facilitate validation cycles with operational users and monitor rollout/adoption success to ensure alignment and support decommission of our legacy solutions.

  • Use data analysis and insights from collaborators to prioritize features and guide roadmap decisions.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-255,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
