The Director of Program Management for Non-Global Infrastructure (GI) Driven Strategies will directly support the Vice President of Cross Platform Delivery (CPD). The director is responsible for a broad range of activities to help ensure the broader organization can effectively support strategies driven by GI-external organizations. The incumbent will work closely and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Enterprise, and enable GI’s portion of delivery components. They will possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills, and will have a proven record of excellence operating independently and within a high performing team environment. This individual will also serve as a thought partner in determining direction for the organization and business partners, in collaboration with its leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate as an ambassador and represent GI’s collective interest when it comes to supporting other organizations’ deliverables that cut across GI’s domains (ex. Tech Business Management, Tech Vendor Management, Finance, Ventures, etc).
- Collaborate closely with domain experts to enable key initiatives, which are primarily owned by non-GI organizations, but require strong GI engagement to deliver (ex. tooling roll out and adoption, system integrations, etc).
- Institute strict program and change management practices, translating complex and/or technical components into actionable plans tailored to varying audiences.
- Provide proactive program management for ETS Strategic Pillars, sponsored by the EVP of Global Infrastructure.
- Create impactful, comprehensive communications or presentations for senior management.
- Stand up a function that centrally oversees GI’s annual Long Range Planning, unifying disparate portfolio processes and partners closely with our GI leadership teams and Tech Finance.
- Support centralized, targeted financial modeling for the broader organization.
- Stand up a function that manages GI-centric Global Risk & Compliance efforts.
- Foster strong working relationships across the group as well as business partner groups to maximize information sharing, problem solving and idea generation for key business issues.
- Maintain a pulse on emerging strategies across the non-GI organizations.
- Ensure strategic roadmap synchronization between GI & non-GI teams.
- Consistently identify efficient and innovative ways of working.
Qualifications:
- The role is a multi-faceted one and requires analytical, strategy, and consultative skills.
- Extensive experience in project management and change management including ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with time-sensitive deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations).
- Exemplary positive attitude & interpersonal skills with a consistent record in successfully building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with senior management at all levels within the organization.
- A strong strategic thinker who possesses the confidence and composure required to effectively communicate across a diverse set of constituents.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter who can drive results and get things done in a self-directed manner, with excellent organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
- Have exemplary written and verbal communication skills, including strong Microsoft office suite skills.
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to exercise the utmost discretion when handling confidential matters.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI certified.
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
