
Director, PW Advice Strategy
Job Description:
The Role
The Director, Wealth Solutions PW Advice Strategy plays a critical role in helping develop our overall strategy and execution for PW Advice, a top 25 enterprise priority. As part of our PW Advice Strategy team, the Director collaborates closely with cross-business unit leaders, CKSI, legal, developers and other partners to ensure the solution we are defining and building meets the needs of our customers. This position combines big-picture vision with practical execution as we develop our approach and offering for PW Advice.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 12 + years’ professional experience or Masters’ degree with 10+ years is required,
- 3+ years of financial services experience, with product development background and a passion for bringing together retail and workplace solutions! Understanding of Fidelity’s advice offerings preferred.
- Product development skills, including crafting business requirements, prioritization and understanding system requirements.
- Strong presentation, storytelling and persuasion skills to achieve consensus with multiple audiences.
- Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement.
- Can work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment.
- Enabling work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences.

The Team
The Wealth Solutions Strategy and Planning team is at the center of the Wealth Solutions Domain. The role will partner across the domain, Workplace, Finance, CKSI, Distribution, Legal, Risk and Compliance. Fidelity's Wealth Solution Domain develops solutions that empower millions of Americans to improve their financial portfolios, invest towards their goals, and feel secure during challenging times.
