As part of our ambition to strengthen commercial performance across our U.S. & Canada business, we are expanding our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capability. The RGM Director will play a pivotal role in supporting the build-out and execution of Proximo’s RGM strategies—shaping pricing, trade spend and promo investment and portfolio mix management decisions that enable sustainable, profitable growth across our distributor and retail network.
Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will build and lead Proximo’s RGM function for the U.S. & Canada, driving sustainable, profitable growth across the spirits portfolio. This strategic role establishes the tools, processes, and mindset needed to enable value-driven commercial decision-making.
This role leads pricing, trade spend and promotional investment, and portfolio mix strategies in close partnership with Sales and Marketing. The Director ensures pricing and distributor structures are consistent, validated, and aligned with financial reporting, while supporting key processes including price budgets, accruals, scan calendars, and depletion NSV reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
RGM Strategy & Leadership
- Build and lead the RGM function, including pricing, trade spend, promotion investment, portfolio mix, and analytics.
- Own RGM strategy and governance across pricing, trade spend ROI, and portfolio mix optimization.
- Act as a trusted commercial and financial advisor to senior leadership.
- Translate pricing and investment decisions into NSV, margin, ROI, and cash flow impact.
- Lead distributor, channel, customer, and SKU-level profitability analysis.
- Partner with Strategy, Marketing, and Finance on portfolio design, premiumization, and innovation economics.
Capability Building & Process Excellence
- Design and implement RGM tools, systems, and analytics to enable insight-led decision-making.
- Establish core RGM metrics, reporting standards, and governance routines.
- Embed best-practice RGM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop elasticity models and scenario planning to assess price, volume, and mix tradeoffs.
Commercial Enablement
- Enable Sales and Marketing with clear pricing, trade spend, and promotional insights.
- Ensure alignment between brand positioning, pricing architecture, and trade investment.
- Monitor in-market pricing, margins, and promotional effectiveness.
People Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing RGM team with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
- Establish data quality standards, KPI governance, and reporting discipline.
- Drive cross-functional accountability and action based on insights.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in RGM, Commercial Finance, or Spirits industry roles
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling skills
- Experience with syndicated data and SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The salary range for this role is a base salary of $155,900 – $207,900 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
