We are seeking a strategic Director of Service & Transaction Communication Data Strategy to lead data-driven decision-making efforts. In this role, you will demonstrate expertise with data, storytelling, and executive influence to drive business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross Enterprise teams to develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring data is a core asset in crafting our future service and transaction communications.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrated ability in data analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence, with a proven record of leadership.

  • Strong ability to tell a story with data, making complex analytics digestible for executives.

  • Experience designing and driving enterprise-wide data strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake and advanced analytics methodologies.

  • Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and AI s is a plus.

The Team

The team sits within the Enterprise Digital Capabilities team within Digital Products domain as part of the Fidelity Brokerage business unit. Digital Products' priority is to drive our digital business by optimizing channels and delivering core capabilities in support of attracting and deepening relationships with our self-directed customers.
