You provide industry standard production support and leadership skills. You are a quick learner and problem-solving engineer that enjoys tackling challenging business problems with software and/or hardware. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced setting and a solid background in software development. They have a comprehensive understanding of the entire software lifecycle, from composing through building, deployment, and operations. You bring demonstrated skill—and real enthusiasm—for delivering complex technology solutions with clear results. You are comfortable working in environments where reliability, automation, and ongoing improvement are important.

  • You have hands-on experience with modern cloud and platform engineering concepts, including:

  • Networking, virtualization, storage, containers, and serverless architectures

  • Managing systems via infrastructure-as-code approaches and tooling

  • Building and maintaining delivery pipelines using modern CI/CD practices

  • Strong systems architecture skills and solid database fundamentals (relational and non-relational technologies), including caching patterns

  • Instrumenting and operating services using modern monitoring and observability tools

You’re interested in (or already identify with) Site Reliability Engineering principles, with a dedication to reducing toil through automation, better engineering practices, and operational rigor. Prior financial services experience is helpful. Experience with Java and AWS, and exposure to GenAI and Python, is a plus.
