Job Title: Director, Solutions Portfolio Lead

The Role

As a Solutions Portfolio Lead, you will collaborate closely with a high‑performing team of low/no‑code, data visualization, and processing automation developers working across a diverse technology ecosystem—including Power Platform, Tableau, Robotic Process Automation, and emerging tools. You will contribute to the delivery of scalable, high‑quality solutions that streamline operations, automate manual work, and support strategic business outcomes.

Partnering with our Business Portfolio Leads, Technology team and Architecture organization, you will help translate business priorities into a clear delivery roadmap, support transparency into progress, and actively work with the team to anticipate and remove blockers that could slow development. Success in this role requires building strong, trust‑based relationships across the organization; effectively collaborating and influencing without authority; and contributing to an environment that cultivates innovation, quality and operational excellence.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

  • 10+ years of financial services experience, including collaboration with client‑facing roles
  • Executive presence with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership
  • Proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑business‑unit initiatives and influence across functions
  • Strong consultation skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • High degree of integrity and adaptability in fast‑changing, high‑priority environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong multitasking and design thinking
  • Cross‑domain business knowledge within WI
  • 4–6 years of experience in the financial services benefits administration industry (recommended)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Experience collaborating with and supporting high-performing teams, including mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Strong communication and executive‑presence skills with the ability to influence broadly and present confidently at senior levels
  • Proven ability to help prioritize work to focus on the highest‑value outcomes
  • Ability to support development and execution of a clear delivery roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Consistent track record of contributing to high‑quality solution delivery with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate business value, connecting solutions to measurable outcomes
  • Strong problem‑solving skills to remove blockers, make informed recommendations, and navigate ambiguity
  • Skilled in managing workload, capacity, and shifting organizational priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of outcomes, quality, and customer satisfaction
