The Stock Plan Services (SPS) Product Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the needs of our Stock Plan Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:

  • Delivering Customer Value: Listening and adapting to our customers’ (Sponsors and Participants) needs to deliver the best SPS and NQ experience.

The Role

As the Director, SPS Product Offering, you will lead a team accountable for the strategy and execution of our internal go-to-market strategy. Key areas of focus will be

  • Driving awareness and confidence in the product strategy and roadmap with our internal partners

  • Partnership with marketing to package our product deliverables into a broader story, ensuring the what, why, when are clear

  • Increasing efficiency for our internal work intake, business readiness processes, and overall feedback loop processes and communications

You will partner closely with our SPS Marketing team, Sales, Relationship Management, and within Product.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of financial services work experience, with stock plan experience a plus

  • Experience in product positioning and go-to-market strategy

  • Experienced people leader, skilled at setting strategic direction and leading seamless execution

  • Ability to manage and proactively engage multiple stakeholders representing different functions

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence and engage across SPS

  • Ability to refine processes and communications used to manage work intake and business readiness for a large product domain

  • Ability to create an inclusive culture that encourage diversity of thought, drives debate, and encourages all to unlock their potential on behalf of our clients.
